She runs small business workshops to equip women with the knowledge, skills they need to become economically self sufficient. As a sort out motivational speaker she also motivates, encourages and inspires women to take on challenging roles in business.

She is the founder of I Am Bible Distribution a non-profit organisation that distributes bibles in schools, prisons, churches and hospitals. She also has a feeding program "Ukudla Kudya" that's has fed 5,000 people to date in Zimbabwe. Her passion is to empower women so that they can become economically independent and make lasting impressions in their community.

Destiny Arise is a Christian non-profit organisation that was birthed by Hazel Herrington Meares in 2015.  The organisation exists to empower women by helping them start small businesses so that they can become economically independent and self-sufficient.  These small loans help women earn a regular income, so that they can provide the basic necessities for their families and send their children to school.   Destiny Arise is also passionate about empowering women so that they can become leaders in their community and break the cycle of poverty.
